Cementum is a platform registered under
CEMENTUM VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED.
By using Cementum.in (website or app), you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined below, whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

As per the Medical Device Rules (MDR), purchases must be made from registered suppliers like Cementum
and sold to dental/medical council-registered professionals.
You must provide valid council registration or drug license numbers at the time of order.
Cementum assumes the details are correct and is not responsible for any false information provided.

Definitions “We/Us/Our” refers to Cementum.in
“You/Your” refers to the customer or account holder.

1.Account & Responsibility

You are responsible for decisions to purchase products after your own analysis and judgment.
Cementum is not liable for the usage, implementation, or outcomes of products. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account,
-username, and password. Cementum is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from account compromise.
Orders placed by mistake or by unauthorized persons are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

2.Product Information & Availability

Product images are for illustrative purposes only; packaging and appearance may vary.
Prices and product availability may change at any time.
Cementum reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders before dispatch.
Entitlement of goods transfers to the customer only after full payment is received and cleared.

3.Order, Cancellation & Payment

Orders cannot be modified once placed.
Cancellations before shipment: Can be done via My Orders or by contacting support@Cementum.in

-Refunds processed after product receipt and verification; timelines depend on banking procedures.

4.Payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, COD (as available).

5.Delivery Policy

Track orders via ‘My Orders’.
Delivery timelines may vary due to promotions, festivals, technical updates, or extreme weather.
Cementum is not liable for delays but strives to minimize them.
Damaged or tampered packages should not be accepted, and the issue must be reported immediately.

6.Return & Replacement Policy

Returns/replacements must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all components intact.
Partial returns are allowed for multi-item orders, provided all product components are intact.
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
Dental chairs, compressors, UV chambers, autoclaves, X-ray units, RVG sensors,
OPG/CBCT machines, endomotors, ultrasonic scalers, bleaching lights, amalgamators.
Items used directly on patients (e.g., tooth creams, orthodontic trainers, water flossers, headgear, masks).

7.Refund Policy

Refunds processed to original account/payment method within 24–48 business hours after product receipt.
COD refunds are initiated via bank transfer and may take additional 2–3 business days (or 7–10 days in some cases).
Refunds can also be issued via Cementum coupon, applied immediately.

8.Privacy Policy

Cementum collects and processes personal data to facilitate transactions,
communication, and promotions, and to improve your experience.
Information collected includes name, contact, shipping details, payment info,
device/location data, and transaction history.
By using the platform, you consent to this data usage.

9.Loyalty & Rewards

Reward coins are credited after successful delivery of eligible products.
Coins can be redeemed on next purchases for up to 5% of cart value.
Coins expire 60 days after issuance.

10.Limited License & Use

Cementum grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or commercial use of content is prohibited.
Any fraudulent or unlawful activity is strictly forbidden.

11.General Terms

Cementum reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions at any time; changes are effective upon posting.
Continued use of Cementum.in constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Bhimavarm jurisdiction only.
