Cementum Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
The Cementum Rewards Program (“Program”) is operated by Cementum.in (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By participating in this Program, customers (“you,” “member”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Cementum.in reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to all registered customers and authorized dealers with a valid Cementum.in account.
Only one rewards account is permitted per individual or business entity.
Program participation is voluntary and free of charge.
3. Earning Rewards Points
Points are awarded for eligible purchases made through Cementum.in (website or app).
Points may also be earned through referrals, promotions, or special campaigns announced from time to time.
Reward points will be credited to your account only after successful order completion
(i.e., post-delivery and after return/refund eligibility period ends).
Points are not earned on:
Cancelled or refunded orders
Shipping fees, taxes, or other service charges
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
4. Redemption of Points
Points can be redeemed during checkout to receive discounts on eligible purchases.
Redemption value and minimum redemption limits may vary by product or promotion.
Points cannot be used to pay for shipping, handling, or taxes unless stated otherwise.
Once points are redeemed, the transaction cannot be reversed.
Cementum.in reserves the right to limit point redemption on certain brands, products, or sale events.
5. Validity & Expiry
Reward points are valid for 180 days from the date they are credited to your account.
Expired points will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
Cementum.in is not responsible for any expired or unused points.
6. Non-Transferability
Reward points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or any other form of credit.
Points cannot be shared, transferred, or merged between accounts, even within the same household or business.
7. Account Adjustments
Cementum.in reserves the right to adjust, deduct, or invalidate points if:
An order is canceled, refunded, or found fraudulent.
Points were credited or redeemed in error.
The account shows signs of misuse or suspicious activity.
In case of disputes, Cementum.in’s decision shall be final and binding.
8. Termination or Modification of the Program
Cementum.in may, at its discretion, suspend, modify, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
In the event of program termination, any unused points will expire automatically and hold no cash or exchange value.
Members will be notified of significant program changes via email or on the website.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cementum.in is not liable for:
Lost, delayed, or uncredited points due to technical issues.
Any errors, omissions, or interruptions in the Program.
Any unauthorized access to member accounts.
The Program is offered “as-is” without any express or implied warranties.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Member data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data for Program administration and promotional communication purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhimavaram, Andhrapradesh.
