Return & Replacement Policy

Cementum provides a 10-day Return/Replacement scheme for new products purchased on our platform.
All return or replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by
our Quality Check Team based on the following eligibility criteria:

1.Return/Replacement Eligibility

Product must be unused.
Product seal must be intact and not tampered with.
All parts, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals must be included.
Product packaging must be undamaged.
Product must be the correct item as ordered.

2.Technical Assistance

Cementum may provide troubleshooting via online tools or calls from our technical or vendor teams.
For issues that can be resolved locally, we may ask you to engage a local technician.
Fees incurred for such services will be reimbursed.
If you prefer not to use a local technician, we will assess the issue
and arrange a reverse pickup for the product.

3.Delivery Issues

If the outer box is damaged or the seal tampered with, do not accept
the delivery and report it to our support team immediately.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products
Report damaged, incomplete, missing, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.
Complaints after 48 hours will not be accepted.

4.Return Request Submission

Submit return requests online through the website or app.
Provide images or a short video detailing the issue within 10 days of delivery.
Failure to provide the required information within this
-timeframe may result in denial of the return request.

5.Replacement and Refund Policy

Replacement is offered for requests raised within 10 working days of delivery.
If a replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

6.Fees

Cementum may charge a return fee under the following conditions:
Rs. 95 for partial returns if the remaining order value is less than Rs. 2,500.
Rs. 95 for complete order returns if the original order value is under Rs. 2,500.
Extra or incorrect products sent by the customer will incur logistics costs for pickup and return.

7.Non-Returnable Products

Certain products cannot be returned:
Products used directly on patients (e.g., tooth creams, mousses, orthodontic trainers,
-water flossers, chin caps, headgear, face masks, myofunctional appliances).
Products under Pharmacy, including hand sanitizers, patient education models, and manuals.
Items including Typodont Teeth, Dappen Dish, Applicator Tips, Cheek Retractors, Toothpastes,
Education Models, Normal Saline, Ortho Myobraces, Trainers & Retainers, Dental Chairs, Disposable
Airotors, Disposable Diagnostic Instruments, New Diamond Burs.
Products valued less than Rs. 250 with quantity 1.

8.Products labeled as “short expiry”.

Important: Defective, damaged, or faulty non-returnable products can still be reported
within 48 hours of delivery for refund or replacement.

9.Warranty Claims

Warranty does not cover physical damage caused by the customer.
Products are covered under the original manufacturer/importer warranty only.
Service and warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer/importer.
Cementum assists in registering warranty requests but is not liable for replacements.
Always check the warranty section on the product detail page before submitting a warranty claim.
