For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited directly to the account through which the transaction was made.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you have the option to receive the refund either as store credits or by providing your bank details for a bank transfer. Store credits will be credited to your account within 48 hours, while bank transfers may take 5-7 business days.
