In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting visually compelling designs that reflect our brand identity and engage our audience across multiple platforms. You will work on a variety of digital and print projects, including marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, banners, advertisements, and social media posts.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality design solutions in line with brand guidelines.
Create and edit images, illustrations, logos, and other design elements using industry-standard software.
Prepare designs for production, ensuring files are correctly formatted for print or online publication.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.
Stay updated with current design trends and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation.

Expertise in Adobe InDesign for layout design and print production.
Proficiency in CorelDRAW for vector-based design and editing.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling, to identify and target potential clients.
Set up and manage daily meetings with prospective clients.
Consistently exceed sales targets and quotas through proactive selling techniques.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business, product requirements, and preferences.
Provide comprehensive information about our product offerings and benefits to potential clients.
Collaborate with the team to plan and pitch tailored solutions for clients.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide accurate field insights.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
Qualifications & Requirements
Preferred: B. Pharma / M. Pharma / B.D.S. / B.Sc.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or dental product sales.

Knowledge of dental products and equipment is preferred but not mandatory.

3. Senior IT Help Desk

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior IT Help Desk professional to provide advanced technical support, maintain system integrity, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Office 365 administration, server management, and network security, while also serving as a mentor to junior IT staff.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert-level technical support for Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and Outlook.
Manage and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based server infrastructures.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls and network devices to ensure optimal security and performance.
Handle and resolve IT support tickets efficiently using modern ticketing systems.
Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Monitor system performance, apply patches, and perform regular maintenance to ensure reliability.
Administer Active Directory (AD), including user management, group policies, and access permissions.
Support VPN and remote desktop solutions for offsite users.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
Train and mentor junior IT staff to enhance overall team performance.
Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in IT infrastructure management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support roles.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and user support.
Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Hands-on experience with firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, SonicWall) and network configurations.
Proficiency with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting for workstations and devices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
